Master Password not accepted

    My master password won't work since I did the latest IOS upgrade I have been to my local apple shop and they couldn't help but suggested I asked you where the encrypted data is stored on my iPhone and if I were to uninstall the app and re install it would the data saved be accessible

    Hi @Wilf,

    I'm sorry you're having difficulty unlocking 1Password.

    By default your 1Password data is stored only on the device you create the data on. You can change this by setting up syncing ( https://support.1password.com/guides/ios/syncing.html ) or creating a backup ( https://support.1password.com/ios-itunes-backups/ ). Removing the 1Password app from the device will remove all associated 1Password data from that device with it. It will not remove the data from any sync or backups that have been done.
