did a backup on my old iphone 5S but not on the app in Itune. Got my new Iphone 5S restored from backup in itune and when it synced back my apps, 1password would not let me log in with master password, just ask me to setup a new volt. How do I recup all my old 1passwords?

Sometimes restoring your phone from backup a second time will bring along the data for 1Password, even if the first time it does not. There is something somewhat unreliable about restoration of data for applications when you restore from a backup. That's an iOS issue, but it's particularly distressing when the data are from something as important as 1Password. But do try to restore your device a second time.

If that second restoration doesn't bring along your data, the news will not be welcome. When an app is deleted in iOS, all of the application's data go with it. If you do recover your data that way, do be sure you back up to someplace where getting your data back won't rely of restoring your entire device. Either sync it to iCloud or Dropbox, or back it up regularly by following the direction in this article: Creating and restoring 1Password backups in iTunes.
