Linking iOS iPad 1Password to existing Mac 1Password iCloud account
When I download 1Password to my iPad it asks for the main password, but does not accept the existing Mac 1Password. I cannot open the iPad 1Password therefore. I have tried deleting the iPad version and downloading it again...no joy. Help is very much appreciated from this fabulous community (pandering sometimes works ;) ).

Have you recently changed your master password on your Mac? If so, you may find you need initially to log on to 1P for iOS with your old master password to enable the new master password to sync. Once you've done that you should be able to log on with the new master password.

Hey @DrKiwiLee! Did the knowledge base article Stephen_C posted help you get things up and running properly? He was correct in noting that you'll need to use your old Master Password to log in and update things so you can begin using your new one. Hopefully everything is up and running now. :)
