Lost info when upgrading to iPhone 6s

I upgraded to an iPhone 6s and have lost 3/4 of the info I had. I sync'd using the saved data from my previous iPhone 5. Is there any way to recover what's gone?

I have one further thought. Did you make the ina-pp purchase on the old iPhone to enable the pro features? If so, have you restored that purchase on the new phone?
