Sluggish 1PW iOS App open performance on iPhone 6S,iOS 9.1(13B139)

Other than on my iPad mini Retina (which also has iOS 9.1(13B139) installed) I have an awfully bad performance when launching 1PW iOS App iPhone 6S (with Touch ID enabled).
I have already tried to completely deinstall 1PW App + Dropbox App that I use for vault synching.
But almost no improvement.
I have 700+ passwords in my vault, but that cannot be the root cause, as of course also my (far slower CPU equipped) iPad mini Retina has no problems to open 1PW iOS app just after vault pw entry.
On iPhone 6S it takes ages (e.g. 20sec or so) until the Touch ID prompt shows up, and then another 10-15sec until the vault is showing.
In some cases 1PW even crashes during those waiting periods.

Any idea? Don't tell this relates to iOS 9.1 being beta, because iOS - and the vault, and the Dropbox synch - are both identical on iPhone 6S and iPad mini Retina.

    This seems to be an ongoing issue with 1Password since the iOS 9 upgrade. I was one of the first to report it on my iPad (iPhone 6 and 6s work fine for me). Unfortunately, no progress reported by AgileBits recently. Hopefully they will update us with their progress so far as quite a few people have reported the problem over the last few weeks.
