Unfortunately, this procedure (migrating 1Password version 3.7.1 to version 6.0.1) didn't work

Hello,
I followed the procedure on your website for legacy migration - in my case, migrating from 1Password iOS version 3.7.1 to 6.0.1.
I don't receive any error messages, but the end result is that the vault for version 6.0.1 remains empty - none of the data from 3.7.1 is imported.
I am experiencing problems with version 3.7.1 on iOS 9 (keeps closing unexpectedly), so I appreciate your help in resolving this soon, so that I can start using the new version of 1PW soon. Thanks!

Yes, those are the instructions I followed (several times), but not successful.
I'm running iOS 9.0.2 on my iPhone.
