If you are a paid user of the iOS version, you'll need to return to the iTunes App Store and download a fresh copy while logged in under the same Apple ID you used when you bought it.

The license number you posted is for 1Password 3 for Mac. Having that license has nothing to do with licensing for iOS, since 1Password is sold by platform and user. OS X is a different platform from iOS, and so the pair require two licenses.

The current version of 1Password for iOS is free to download and use in its basic form, though. If you want or need the more advanced Pro features, they can be activated with an in-app purchase from your iPad.

    Hi @CU2MRO,

Did hawkmoth's post help explain matters at all? 1Password for iOS is only available via Apple's App Store (on your iOS device) or in iTunes on your Mac so it has to be downloaded via them. If you're having problems at all please do let us know.
