1 Password Pro on my iPhone 5 iOS v9.0.2 quits unexpectedly after I clicking backward Login Arrow

As above...when I access login information on a given item in 1Password Pro and then try to return to the master Login list I tap the Login backwards arrow and 1Password quits unexpectedly. I then have to log back in with my 4 digit PIN and look up what I need again...so basically I can only look up one login at a time...I keep sending error messages but nothing is better.....I tried resetting my phone a few times but to no avail...

    @andy_burroughs You are using 1Password 3 for iOS which is a rather old version of our iOS app, having been replaced in 2012. You should be using 1Password 6 for iOS, the current version.

    1Password 6 for iOS is a freemium app, which means you can use the basic functionality for free with the option to unlock the Pro features via in-app purchase.

    You will need to follow these instructions to migrate your 1Password 3 for iOS data to 1Password 6 for iOS.

    I have 1PasswordPro version 3.6.5. I followed the steps to save a backup but when I tried to open the backup file it said I did not have the software to open the back-up folder...I went to the app store and it gave me no idea what software I needed.....so, what software is required to open the backup folder?

    Also.......1Password is not showing up as a Shared File in iTunes....how can I change that? I am using OS 10.11....I am able to sync between my current version of 1PasswordPro iOS and 1Password Version 3.8.22 (build 32010) so I know they are "sharing" files with each other...Do you have live online help available where I can talk with you over the phone and share my screen with you, like Apple Cares does? I read through the link you sent to me and with the above issues I am feeling a bit intimidated and wonder if I can get this resolved more quickly with live help and screen sharing...Thanks! Andy
