New iPhone no icloud
Hi everybody,
I need help. On my last iPhone i installed 1Password and opened a new vault. I saved almost all my passwords in the vault. Unfortunately i didn't activate icloud sync. Now i sold my old phone and bought a new one. I thought that the app with all the passwords wod be safed in my backup but after installing the backup on my new iphone the 1password app was missing. I installed it again but now the app is asking me to open a new vault or to sync with an existing vault over icloud. I tried to sync in any possible way but it doesn't work.
My question now: how can i get access to my vault, is there a way to access my data or was this vault connected to my phone and is gone now forever?
Is there maybe a backup somewhere at the agilebits servers?

Sorry, but I'm probably going to have to tell you bad news. None of your 1P data is ever saved off your device unless you choose:
- to make a backup; or
- to sync your 1P data to another device using iCloud or Dropbox.
Nothing is ever saved on any AgileBits servers, sorry.

Hey @emirsali,
Hopefully you have a backup of your data somewhere on your computer or in iCloud, because as Stephen_C noted, we don't keep it anywhere on our servers. If you use 1Password on another device like your computer, you may have your logins there. Otherwise, if you can think of any places you synced your data or backed up your iPhone, that would help immensely. If not, you'll likely need to reset all your passwords and start fresh with a new vault in 1Password.
