No Access to Items after Upgrade to Pro
Upgraded to Pro and set up Dropbox synch. Cannot access primary vault items (36) or new demo vault items (45 after sync?). Big disappointment as I have no access to passwords saved in the free version, and no Pro benefits. Refrained from recommending the app.

Are you saying that none of your 1P data sync'd to your iOS device after you made the in-app purchase, or only some data transferred?
Please tell us:
- Exactly what version of 1Password for iOS you are using
- What other device you sync your 1P data with and the version number of 1P you have running on that device
In the meantime, does anything in this knowledge base article help?

Hey @maria_gmail! When you set up Dropbox sync, did you make sure to do it on both vaults? You'll need to switch between them (using the 1Password lock icon in the top left) and set up sync separately for each one.
Cannot access primary vault items
Could you explain this a bit more? Are the items gone, are you unable to enter your Master Password for the vault to access them, or is the info in the items not there? Let us know so we can figure out what's going on.
