Why don't any of my logins auto submit now that I have upgraded to iOS 9 on my iPhone and iPad?

I have an older version of 1Password for Mac ( I run OSX Lion) and recently bought a new iPhone and upgraded my iPad to iOS 9.x. I have auto submit enabled in my 1Password for Mac and cannot find a toggle in either version of iOS 1Password on either my iPhone or iPad device app.

Extension Version: 3.9.20
OS Version: 10.7.5
Sync Type: DropBox

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. Unfortunately 1Password for iOS does not currently have an auto-submit feature.
