Running 1Password v6.0.1/iOS 9.0.2 and cannot sync my iPhone with iCloud after reinstall of everything. It works with my iPad, but not on iPhone. Have tried connecting to power, but the message "Looking up iCloud information ..." remains.

@David_Ooms I've merged the two separate threads you started on the same issue to make it easier for you to find the answer to your problem. You need to await an AgileBits staff member (I'm merely a volunteer here) since my previous link didn't help you. I am wondering whether you might at some stage have removed your 1P data from iCloud other than through the 1P app. Is that possible? (It is only an idea—so please don't shoot the messenger. :) )
Also, please let us know which of your devices currently has a full set of your 1P data.
Stephen

- iPad and Mac work fine syncing with iCloud
- All apps (iPhone, iPad and Mac) downloaded from respective stores
- Never touched my data
Hopefully somebody from AgileBits will respond ... really annoyed with this.

... and no answer from the Agilebits staff means I am off to Onesafe. Guess their customers are not all that important.

Hi @David_Ooms,
I'm very sorry to hear iCloud sync isn't working correctly on your iPhone! I'm also sorry we weren't able to reply to you sooner. Our Mac and iOS forums have been very busy recently so we're not always able to reply as quickly as we'd like, but we're trying our best to get caught up. We're here in the forums answering questions 7 days a week, and we do our best to get to every post just as soon as possible. Please know that our customers are all extremely important to us - we wouldn't be where we are today without them! I hope you'll forgive us and give 1Password another chance, we'd love to help get this working for you!
I'm not quite sure why iCloud sync is getting stuck at "Looking up iCloud information ..." but there are a few things we can try. Now, you didn't mention which device has all your data, but as long as you have it all on your Mac and/or your iPad, then you can try these steps:
- Delete the 1Password app from your iPhone.
- Reinstall 1Password from the App Store.
- Open 1Password and choose Sync existing vault.
- Tap Sync using iCloud.
At this point, 1Password should find your data in your iCloud account and ask for your master password. But if it gets stuck at "Looking up iCloud information ..." (please give it a few minutes just to be sure), you can continue with these steps:
- Go back to the first screen and choose Create new vault.
- Choose the same master password you use on your Mac and iPad.
- You should end up with an empty vault.
- Go to Settings > Sync > Start Syncing > Sync with iCloud.
- If it works, it should find your existing data in iCloud - tap the Merge button when prompted.
Please let us know how it all goes up to this point. If it's still a problem, or if something goes wrong when trying to follow the steps, please describe what happens and we'll continue from there. Thanks in advance! :)

Stephen C.,
As mentioned, too little to late. I won't touch your product with a barge pole at this point, and am in the process of switching all 50+ usages in my company. You have an expensive product, and your internal issues do not regard me, only your company. You - as a company - messed up ... When I invest, I expect service, not excuses ...

Sorry, previous comment aimed at Dre_AG, not Stephen C

Hi @David_Ooms,
I'm sorry to hear that. We make every effort to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. It appears in this case we did meet that goal, though just barely for the reasons Drew described.
If you ever change your mind, we'll be here.
Thanks.
Ben
P.S. I edited your post to remove the cursing. This is a family friendly forum. Please treat it as such.
