IOS 9.0.2 on iPad. Latest 1Password version upgrade started but stopped loading after having completed ca. 70%. After some days i paused the loading process and restarted again - without success. For sure no network problem, as many other upgrades worked fine. Finally I rebooted my iPad and surprise..... the previously fine working 1Password app has gone and obviously all password data too. Definitely not a nice behavior! What do you suggest?

  • Hi @GuidoRey,

Thanks for taking the time to contact us. (Un)fortunately we don't have any control over the installation process, as that is handled entirely by Apple / the App Store / iOS, so I couldn't explain what you saw. That said, if you have all of your 1Password data synced over WiFi you should be able to simply reinstall the app from the App Store and sync your data back over.

I hope that helps. Should you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.

    Ben
