How do I get the Categories Page to appear?

in iOS

I have the up -to-date version of 1password and the latest version of the iOS for my iPad. When I unlock the app the settings page appears. I try to follow the instructions but can't get the category page.

Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: Not Provided
Sync Type: iCloud
Referrer: ug:ios/create-a-login-item, ug:ios/, ug:ios/creating-items, kb-search:I can't see categories on my iPad, only settings, kb:check-app-version

    Have you tapped (in iOS) or clicked (in OS X) on the file drawer icon? That takes me to the categories list.
