Sync not syncing

My iPhone and iPad are running different iOS' (can't really be helped at the moment). There are 88 items in my iPad vault but only 69 on my phone. The sync doesn't sync.
Do they have to be running the same iOS for it to work?

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. Both devices don't necessarily have to be running the exact same version (obviously ideally they'd both run the latest version, though), but they do both have to run a version that is compatible with the sync method you've chosen.

    Could you please let me know which version of 1Password you have on each, and which sync method you're trying to use?

    On my iPhone I'm using ver. 6.02 And my iPad has ver 4.5.3. I've tried all 3 sync methods. They all use the same vault "1Password.agilekeychain". But still different data

  • Hi @muelgrub ,

    It sounds like you may have been syncing to two different 1Password.agilekeychain files. Can you check your Dropbox folder and see if there is a 1Password.agilekeychain file and another inside a 1Password folder?

    If so, setup sync again to the same file (e.g. the one inside the 1Password folder), wait a a bit for sync to complete, and check to see you have the same number of items.

    If you are syncing to the same file, and they still don't match, please let us know.
