You posted twice within a minute. I hope you don't plan to see instant answers in a forum format. Also, I deleted the email address in your title to preserve your privacy. This is a public forum, and you likely don't want the spam that posting your email address would attract.
Where did you purchase your license? If at the AgileBits web store, they will issue a refund if you bought the license within the last 30 days. If you used the same email address to buy your copy as you used to register for the forum, someone from AgileBits will be along to issue your refund if you are within the refund window. If you registered with a different email address than the one you used to buy your license, send your request to support+licenses@agilebits.com from the address you used to make your buy.
If you bought from the Mac App Store, only Apple can help you with a refund. AgileBits doesn't even get information from Apple about who buys there, and they have no access to be able to make a refund. There is a link in the email receipt from Apole to report a problem. Use that to get started. Be aware that if you do receive a refund from Apple, you won't be allowed to purchase a license in the future.

I now note that you have posted in the iOS forum. If that's the version for which you seek a refund, you will definitely need to deal with Apple.
