I have forgotten my passcode, how do I retrieve it. I need to do this asap

    Hi @kttrophy,

    Thanks for writing in. Sorry to hear about the trouble. Is it the Master Password, or the 4 digit PIN that you cannot remember?

    If it is the Master Password, please see this guide:

    If it is the 4 digit PIN you can simply enter the PIN incorrectly until you are prompted for your Master Password, at which point you can unlock the keychain with that. Then you can change the PIN in 1Password > Settings > Security.
