If switch to opvault for Dropbox is there anything that you need to do on iPhone?
There are detailed instructions on how to switch the Dropbox vault to opvault. Will the iPhone app still sync with Dropbox or is there something that will need to be done to have the iPhone and iPad app work?

Just did this. I had to go through the process of selecting the new vault and removing the old one from the app. Interestingly, the app got very crashy when syncing with the new opvault format. Hadn't had that happen with the agile keychain format. Perhaps a fluke, but wanted to mention it. Ultimately everything synced fine.

Hi @photomanpro and @Paco II,
If you wish to switch to OPVault when syncing with Dropbox in 1Password for iOS, you will need to make the switch on 1Password for Mac or Windows first. This will create a new
.opvault
file in Dropbox. You will then need to disable sync on iOS (assuming it is still syncing with the old
.agilekeychain
) and re-enable sync by "pointing" to the newly created.opvault
file:- Wait a few moments for the newly created
.opvault
file to sync through Dropbox from your desktop. It needs to be available in Dropbox for iOS. - Go to Settings > Sync and disable Dropbox sync, if enabled.
- Then choose Start Syncing and make sure that you choose the right
.opvault
file. The one that you just created on your Mac or on your Windows computer.
Hope that this helps
Cheers!
