its not importing data from 3.7.2 to latest version

I keep trying to update from 3.7.2 and nothing imports. I've tried both techniques on the website with no luck.

Thanks for taking the time to write to us. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please try the second process again for me? Immediately after you've done so, assuming the process is still not successful, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostic report from 1Password 6 for iOS:

Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@agilebits.com

Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.
