Thanks for taking the time to contact us. Sorry to hear about the trouble. Unfortunately, we can’t recover or reset your Master Password if you lose it. The reason for this is part of what makes 1Password so safe. AgileBits never has access to your Master Password. If you've given up on remembering the password the only way forward is to start over. Instructions can be found here:

Be sure to follow optional step #1 to remove your data from iCloud as well.
