iphone 4S IOS 9.0.2.. It's not possible to reload the iphone with an update.

After the circle is compleet, the procedure stops on the iPhone. I have no problem with my iPad an my windows PC.
How can I solve the problem.

    In order to help we need more information from you. Please tell us what version of 1Password for iOS you are using. Have you tried rebooting your phone to see if the update download then works?

    Hi @penne017,

    Unfortunately this seems to be a somewhat common problem with iOS apps, especially when attempting to install multiple apps / updates simultaneously. As Stephen alluded rebooting the device will often resolve the problem.
