Password working on MacBook Pro not on iPad or iphone
My password had been working on MacBook and iPhone. Couldn't get into 1password on iPad. In trying to get iPad to work, I removed 1password from iPhone. I reinstalled it on iPhone and it recognizes data in iCloud but when I try to get iphone to sync, it says I'm not using the correct password. It's the same password working on the Mac and the one I used to use on the iPhone previously. Can you help me get Mac, iPhone, and iPad synced?
I have almost completed a paper document with the iCloud data. Perhaps the easiest thing would be to just start over, but I'm not sure how to get rid of what's there on 1password, so I can start again.
THANKS,
Ann

Hi,
You shouldn't need to start over. We can help you get them all in sync.
Have you changed your master password recently? If so, try the old one on your phone - the password change may not have synched up yet.
If that doesn't help, you can clear the data off of iCloud and set it up again. To do this, first make sure all of your data is on your Mac. Then:
- Make a backup in Preferences->Backups.
- Follow the instructions here to remove the data from iCloud: https://support.1password.com/icloud-remove-data/mac.html
- On your iPhone and iPad, go to Settings->Advanced and tap Erase data and settings. This will wipe all of the data from 1Password without forcing you to reinstall. ONLY do this if you have all of your 1Password data on your Mac.
- Set up iCloud sync on your Mac again.
- After that has finished syncing, setup iCloud sync on your iPad and iPhone - that should put them all back in sync.
