Are you using the latest version of 1Password - we just released a fix for the display and editing of secure notes.

Don't know what version of 1 Password I have. I have had it on my phone for a couple of years.

The version is listed in the Settings Tab, between "Recommend 1Password" and "Advanced"

can I ask which iOS version you have on your iPhone 5? Are you running iOS 9 on that device?

I'd suggest to update to our latest version of 1Password (6.0.2) where you shouldn't have any problems using secure notes.

I have already downloaded all my passwords and notes on the 1Password. Now I am unable to open the secure notes on the 1Password that I have on my iphone 5 with ios 9. What I need help with is opening my secure notes. I lost them when I was trying to edit something and have been unable to retrieve them.

Hi @willis_dearing ,

But have you tried downloading the latest version (6.0.2) of 1Password. There were some improvements to Secure Notes handling in the latest version.

Please try that, and if you still have trouble, let us know what is happening. For example,

1. Does the list show your notes?
2. If you tap on one of them, does it display them?
3. If you try to edit one, are the notes there?
4. Do you see any error messages? If so, what are they?

With those answers, we will be able to assist you a little more. Thank you for your patience in this matter.
