Wifi Sync fail

Hello,

I am trying to sync my iphone to 1password OS X. It says There was a delay in syncing of 1439 minutes that exceeded the maximum of 5 minutes. I tried to do the ad-hoc network its no use. I refreshed and generated a new sync code, no use either. Any idea?

iOs 9.1, OS X 10.9.5

    I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your iOS device:
