I've restored my iPhone 6 iOS 9.1 from a back up and the 1Password app is freezing prior to login.

I restored my iPhone from a backup however the 1Password app is now freezing with the lock icon on the screen prior to requesting login credentials. I cannot determine the 1Password version as I cannot login to the app however the application store says "Open" rather than "Update." Can I delete the app and reinstall without losing my passwords?

    Resolved. Deleted and reinstalled. Fortunately, I had synced the vault on iCloud so no passwords were lost.
