I try to use dropbox to sync, but 1password tells me the login information is incorrect. However, I can log into dropbox with the exact same user id and password.

Hi @klmok2,
If you are using 1Password 3.7.2 for iOS the problem is that version of 1Password used the original Dropbox API which they have since discontinued. 1Password 3 was retired in 2012.
You can find a much newer version of 1Password in the App Store, but it does require iOS 9:

Other than manually entering hundreds of stored passwords in Version 3.7.2 into 1Password 6, do you have a workable solution for exporting those passwords to 6? Thanks! Dana
