How does 1Password get a new item's icon?

Hi,
This is from Tapatalk.
I am working on integrating 1Password in our App recently, but I found that the icon is not correct when user add a new item in 1Password by "https://tapatalk.com".

How can I fix this issue? I don't know why 1Password get this icon and I want to make the default icon is our logo.
