Hi changed from an iPhone 6 to 6S and now the 1Password app asks me to sync existing vault but I only had the vault on my prior phone. Is there a way to locate my prior vault and bring it back?

Thanks for taking the time to write in. By default your 1Password data is stored only on the device that it is created on. You'd need to backup the data from your iPhone 6 and then restore it on your 6S:
