@justlovemebaby I have merged the two separate threads you started on the same subject as I'd started to reply to one and then found the other, which is confusing for both support people and you...when you're trying to find the answer to your question.
Nobody can help you at all without some further basic information, I'm afraid. Please tell us:
- What version of 1Password for iOS you are using (this is a forum about 1Password for iOS)
- Your iOS version number
- What leads you to think your iOS device has been hacked
I know you have tried to explain but the explanation is very difficult to understand, so please tell us exactly what has happened and why you think you have been hacked...as well as exactly what you want to do.
Edit: I changed the title of the thread to make it slightly more helpful.

ps. The ladybugs on the betas are just something (visual) the team uses to indicate that its indeed a beta. If you uncheck the beta box you will find they are removed. Assuming you are looking at the install site for the extensions.
The preferences box on the app shows a ladybug beside the description. Again its just a visual thing to call attention to it. Makes someone look twice at it. IMHO

Hi @justlovemebaby ,
As thightower mentioned, we place the ladybugs to indicate it is beta software and may contain bugs. If you do not wish to participate in beta software releases, you can uncheck the preference.
If this does not solve your issue, can you elaborate a little bit on what you are seeing. With a little more detail, we should be able to assist you.
Regards,
