I'm afraid that deleting any iOS app deletes the data that is associated with it. You will be unable to recover that data unless:
- you previously made a backup of 1Password (which it appears you did not); or
- you previously sync'd your 1Password data with another device.
I'm sorry if that's bad news.

@brainsoca - Is your iPhone backed up routinely to iTunes or iCloud? If so, you might be able to retrieve your data if you restore your entire phone from the most recent backup. It may take more than one try to get the data back. Some users don't get their data back on the first try, but may do so on a second attempt.
Do let us know if your phone is backed up that way. The directions to restore a phone from a backup would be found from Apple. But I expect we could find a pointer if it would help.

Hopefully hawkmoth's idea bears some fruit. iOS really does want to keep a backup so hopefully there is a chance you have one. To check if you've been backing up via iCloud on your iOS device go to Settings > iCloud > Backup. If you sync to iTunes on a Mac or Windows machine I would assume you would remember doing so as you would need to occasionally connect the two to ensure you have a current backup.
Hopefully we can use this to get you 1Password back.
