Problem changing keychain type

I read an article in MacWorld online which lead me to a knowledgebase article on your site on how to change to OPVault.
I sync on Dropbox and run 10.10.5 on my Mac and 9.1 on my iOS devices.
I have the latest 1PW on all my devices
I updated 5 devices and noted the following:
The first time, even though it claimed to have finished syncing, the syncy sign kept turning and in one case I know it hadn't because the number of items was incomplete. I waited until it stopped syncing and seems to be okay.
On two of my iOs devices the app crashed twice. Each time I logged back in and waited until it finished its thing.
Just thought you would be interested. I don't know what additional information I can add. I said "send report" in each case, although it wasn't offered the last time.
