Documents & Data still contain iCloud sync info after being erased from 1password app.
Hi there, I'm using 1password (5.4.3) on my iPhone 5 (iOS 9.1) and at one point synced all the info to the cloud. I'm no longer interested in using the cloud and prefer to sync over Wifi to another device. I've followed all your steps in deleting data from the cloud by going to my 1password App advanced settings, then clicking 'Erase iCloud Data' and also turning off my iCloud Drive in my phone settings. When I navigate to my iCloud settings, to 'Storage', to 'Manage Storage', I still see under 'Documents & Data' my 1Password sync info. If I click on this, then 'Edit' to 'Delete All', I get a warning that 'All my 1Password - Password Manager and Secure Wallet documents & data will be immediately deleted from iCloud and all of your devices.' My question is, why am I still seeing this sync info if I've already erased the iCloud data info from my app, and if I do delete the Documents & Data will I lose my vault and all my info from my 1password app stored on my phone? Thank you!

Hi @J_Mz,
Thanks for taking the time to write in. The
Erase iCloud Data
button erases the 1Password data in iCloud from the current version of 1Password (which uses CloudKit to sync). If you had used a previous version of 1Password with iCloud sync it is possible an older file is still present. The first thing I'd recommend doing is backing up your data. Once you've done that you can remove the file in question.
I hope that helps. Should you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.

Ben, this was exactly what the doctor ordered. It worked. Thanks again to the great team at agilebits.
