I cannot get the Dropbox sync function to work across both of our iPhones.
Created vault on Dropbox on iPhone 5S.
Set synch to Dropbox and allowed access at prompts.
Checked Dropbox and located that Apps/1Password/1Password.agilekeychain was created.
Then tried to synch from my wife's iPhone 6S running the same versions or iOS and 1Password.
Selected synch with Dropbox, selected my Dropbox account, and then clicked on the Apps/1Password/1Password.agilekeychain vault.
Received messaged about downloading encryption keys, but no items ever download.
I have tried restarting the phones, etc., but nothing seems to work.
I don't know how we can possibly diagnose this without talking, but I was unable to find a phone number anywhere on your website. I can be reached at [phone number removed for privacy reasons].

I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your iOS device. First please go to
Settings -> Advanced -> Diagnostics -> Log Settings
and turn on Dropbox. Then create a report as described here:https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/ios.html
Attach the Diagnostics Report to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.
