I am positive I know my password but iOS vault is not accepting it. Is this a bug issue?
I have tried my password that I know should work. I've also tried slightly different variations of it. It shows me my password hint word but I don't recall setting up such a word. In the last few upgrades, it seems like the password has not worked the way it says. For example, I set to require master password after 15 minutes, but it hasn't been doing that. The vault would ask for my 4 digit ID for days before asking for my master password. It appears that there are bug issues with the password and login settings. So I'm thinking if this is what's causing the vault now to not accept my password? Thank you.

Appreciate if you can please email me back as I have passwords saved in the vault that I need to access. Alternatively, could I download a backup copy of the vault onto my computer device? Thank you.
