Access to same vault from iPad and iphone

I already had 1password set up on my iPad. And iPhone 5c. When I upgraded my phone to an 5s, I forgot to backup my phone to iCloud. So, how do I get access to my 1password again?

Thanks for taking the time to write in. Where does your 1Password data exist currently? On the iPad? You can sync multiple iOS devices using either iCloud or Dropbox. Instructions can be found here:

Also you'll want to be making regular backups of your data if possible!
