I can't switch from the Mac App Store version of 1Password to AgileBits Web version [moved to email]
I installed the App Store version of 1Password and I am trying to switch to the Agile Web version of 1password so I can try out the teams version of 1password.
I read the link: https://support.1password.com/switch-from-mac-app-store/
Unfortunately, the step where I startup the website installed version, I get to the following prompts:
1. Start up 1Password 5 Web Install
2. I chose I've used 1password before
3. None of the options work to restore my configuration, I clicked on this Mac, but then it asks me for a .agilekeychain, which I can't find
4. I also tried backing up my configuration from the App Store version of 1 password and then tried to restore it on the Web Version, but that doesn't work either.
Please advise
Also, since I am switching to use the 1Password from the Web Download, how do I sync my accounts between two computers, my office and my home computer

Thanks for contacting us here in the support forum, and thanks for helping us test out the Teams beta! I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble switching from the Mac App Store version to the beta; let's see if we can fix that.
It sounds like the app is having a little trouble finding your existing data. We can help you locate it if you'll just create a Diagnostics Report from your Mac and email is to us at support@1Password.com.
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forum, but please do include a link to this discussion thread in your email.
You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report and ensure that it's handled quickly. :)
