I am on 3.7.2 and have been trying for days to upgrade to 6.0.2 on my ios 9.1 iphone 5.
I downloaded the latest 1password to my iphone 5 and tried the upgrade process numerous times. I'm on 3.7.2 and have way too many passwords to move them manually. I even tried the 3.7.1 instructions, and every time the new version opens with none of my passwords moved over. 3.7.2 is crashing regularly, so I really want to migrate to the new version.

Hi @ja3478,
Sorry to hear about the trouble. I'd be happy to help. Do you get a screen that looks like this during the import process?
If so, even though it doesn't appear that there is a field to enter your Master Password (for v3) into, it needs to be entered while that screen is active (prior to pressing Unlock). The screen should look more like this:
We're working on getting that fixed up. Please let me know if that was the issue you were running into and if that helps resolve the issue.
Thanks!

unfortunately I have logged-in to the discussion post in both chrome and IEX and can't see the screen-shot, so can't answer just yet. I changed the security settings on v3 to not lock, and that isn't working. I am not giving-up, though if you are working on a fix then I may wait and try the migration on the next version, 6.0.3...?

Sorry about that. I've made changes to the images so they should appear now. Can you see them?
Unfortunately I don't believe the fix will make it into the next release, so it may be more prudent to attempt the workaround of typing the Master Password even though it doesn't appear to be entered anywhere when typed.

THANK YOU! Your solution worked great and I am now fully converted to the latest version. The key was to enter the master-password and not PIN, as I was doing. I sincerely appreciate the great support. John
