My actual problem is the sync from my old version 3.7.2 to 4.0. I try to follow the instructions but it does not syncronize my passwords. with the icon sync … sync now … it doesn’t happen anything. maybe you can give me some advice.

Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'd be happy to point you in the right direction. 1Password 3 for iOS was retired in 2012, and at this point can only sync with 1Password 3 for Mac, and only over WiFi. It can no longer sync with Dropbox because of changes made to Dropbox's service. You'll want to get on 1Password 6 for iOS:

1Password 6 for iOS can then sync with Dropbox, iCloud, or with 1Password for Mac or Windows via WiFi:
