Browser unusable on my iPad mini

After we got to IOS 9 and the new browser in 1password it is really really really slow and often webpages do not load at all having to retry a couple time or just give up.

The new browser is totally not working for me and now I started to dread using 1password on my iPad or iPhone witch of course defeats it's purpose.

Is there away to get the old browser environment back as i never had problems with that before?

  • Hi @ghp123,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Do these sites load any better when using Safari on iOS with the 1Password for Safari extension?

If you haven't enabled the extension yet, or don't know how to use it, you can learn about that here:

    Enable the extension

    Fill items in Safari

    Please let us know.

    Hi @bwoodruff,

Yes with the extension the sites do load fine in Safari. Just a hassle to use it that way.

    Greetings,
    George

  • Thanks, George. I'm not sure why it would be any different, frankly. We don't do anything out of the ordinary for 1Browser.

I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your iOS device:

    https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/ios.html

Attach the Diagnostics Report to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report and ensure that it is dealt with quickly. :)

Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!

    Ben
