Change Email on Account

Hello,

Our administrative email is shared by our team. I accidentally set up that email account with my name and password when someone else on the team was meant to manage it.

Is there a way to change the email, or delete the account and then resend it out?

    There is currently no way to change the email address on an account in the beta, although this will eventually be something we will need to support. Please contact us at support@1password.com using the email that was used to create the account and we should be able to delete the account so you can use the correct email.

  • It would be important for me that only an admin be able to change the email address for an account.

  • @dtemp_jg Every team member (including the owners) have their own email addresses. The email address is tied to the password for authentication. It is not possible to change the email without having the password.
