Nothing is working!!! I bought a new version of your program and it is not doing anything!

    The quickest way to get the support you need is to use the forum to describe your issues. It would be much easier to help, though, if you provided more information about what is happening. Can you open 1Password? What exactly have you tried and what did you expect when you did? What happened instead.

    You mention that you bought a new version, but you report that you are using version 4. On iOS, the most recent version is 6.0.2. Could that be the version that is giving you trouble? If not, can you tell us what version you are using?
