New IPad won't synch with Dropbox. Old iPad did

Nothing happened when I tried to sync the new iPad with Dropbox. I then tried to synch with iCloud and was asked for one pass vault password. I tried several time and got an error message and my "hint" was wrong for my password. I get into one pass fine on my mac pro and on my iPhone

So many problems. I'll give the latest two. Yesterday I was finally able to get 1 pass on my new iPad but the sync icon spun around for hours (even over night) but none of my data was brought to it from my Mac Pro or iPhone. This morning I reinstalled (for the 4th time) 1 password app and now when I try to sync with Dropbox after I chose 1password agilekeychain the next screen I get is blank , just the Dropbox title and a cancel spot to the left. I've done this many, many times.

Hi @bisbeejudie,

Thanks for taking the time to write in. Could you please try erasing the 1Password data in iCloud and trying to setup sync again? You can find instructions here:

Note that this does not delete the data on any of your devices, just the data stored in iCloud, but it wouldn't hurt to make a backup first:

Once you've erased the data in iCloud, please turn on sync on just one of the devices. Give it ~20 minutes to sync. Then turn on sync on the other devices, one at a time.

I erased 1password data in iCloud on my iPhone. Sync successful on phone and mac but the same problem (blank sheet in dropbox after putting in agile bits keychain.

I was able to sync my iPad. I was signing into my dropbox with a different email that I had on my dropbox account

dropbox. 1pass seems to be working on my new i-pad now. So I think I'm all set. Should I do something now to get back the cloud data. I erased it as you suggested.I'm happy with continuing using dropbox for syncing but do I need to "repair" the iCloud.
