No. 1PW is sold per platform. That means that 1PW for iOS is a completely separate purchase from 1PW for Mac.

Of course the basic version of 1PW for iOS is free, and you can decide later on whether to pay for the extra features of Pro.

Thanks for taking the time to write in. As danco mentioned the 1Password for iOS Pro features are sold separately from 1Password for Mac, but the base app is free.
