I have one primary vault and one Dropbox vault. Combining creates some duplicates. Need both!

I believe I've created a mess with two vaults, one primary and one in Dropbox which my husband and I are sharing. We both must have some mixed lists with some things in our primary and others shared in Dropbox. How we we combine all and share?

Do you wish to share all items? If so, the best thing to do is copy all of your items into your primary vault, and set that to sync in Dropbox. Then your husband copy all of his items to his primary vault, and set it to sync with the same vault in Dropbox as you are.

If you have duplicates of items, it's likely that you each created the same item, or copied it from one vault to another, making a duplicate. I recommend checking the duplicates to make sure which one works (e.g. the password works on the web site), and delete the duplicate.

If you are hesitant to do this, you can create a backup before doing this that can be easily restored. On Mac, go to Preferences->Backups to make a backup. In iOS, go to Settings->Advanced and tap Create Backup.

I hope this answers your question. If you need further clarification, please reply.

    Regards,
    Kevin
