attached images from Mac not syncing to ios version
I would like to view the attached images (jpgs) or PDF files on my mac on my iphone, too.
I have unlocked the pro features and am syncing with dropbox.
Everything synces fine but the attached files do not show up in 1Password ios (version 6.1)
is there a way to do that ?
Thanks, Robert

Good morning @robert_huber, thanks for taking the time to write in. I'm sorry for the trouble that you're having syncing your attachments to 1Password for iOS.
How large are the attachments that you are trying to sync? When you view the item details in 1Password for iOS does it show that the item has an attachment and you cannot view it, or does it not even show that there is an attachment for that item?
Have you tried creating a test item in 1Password for Mac with a smaller attachment to see if that shows up properly in 1Password for iOS?
@JamesHenderson I'm sorry you've had trouble with attachments in the past. Can you go into a bit more detail about what sorts of things you've tried and had trouble with?

@JamesHenderson I completely understand how you feel. Frankly, I'd feel the same myself. We have certainly made some fixes and improvements here in the last year, so I would be interested to hear your experiences if you were to try it again.

@MrRooni - thanks for the help. I tried with several small sizes and various data formats (PDF, JPG, PNG) - but without any success. Strangely, this worked in the past - a screenshot I added 9/2012 to a record on 1password for mac has synced to iOS and I can see it on my iPhone 6 today; but if I add a new screenshot today in 1password for mac it only shows on the mac. The new record is synced, the attached small image file to the record is not synced.
I downloaded the iOs App Stocard yesterday to do this now (mainly, because it lets me photograph &attach image files to records on iOs and add it). I would prefer to use 1Password, but would need to figure out first how attachments can be reliably synced (or even better: created &synced on the iOs version) .0 -
Good morning @robert_huber. I'd really love to get to the bottom of this one. If you're game, I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your iOS device:
https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/ios.html
Attach the Diagnostics Report to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.
You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report and ensure that it is dealt with quickly. :)
Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!
