Why Can't I edit files?

When I downloaded 1password, I just wanted something where I could securely store personal data. With all these updates you have made, it has become much more confusing and more difficult to use.
Do you have anything that is simple to use? I don't understand any of the updates because I am in my 70s and not computer savvy. It took me months just to be able use my iPad effectively.
Also, when I try to edit my files, it keeps dropping below the keyboard and I can't see what I am doing. Is there anything I can do to correct that?

    awesome that you use 1Password because you want to keep your data secure. I love hearing that.

    I am super sorry to hear to find 1Password to complicated. Do you have any suggestions how we can improve? Any areas you find particularly hard to use?

    Can you tell me which version of 1Password you are using? You can find that within 1Password under Settings > Advanced > Diagnostics. The version number is right under Log Settings.

    When the keyboard is covering a the field up you are trying to edit you can always scroll the view up so the field become visible again. You might also like our documentation for 1Password for iOS as it sure will help you use the app: https://support.1password.com/guides/ios/
