Another user and their passwords "Wendy Appleseed" has appeared on my account. I am panicked. What has happened? What to do?!?! Thought this program was safe..all my info is on it!!

Hi @helendonovan,

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us, but there is no need for panic. "Wendy Appleseed" is the fictional wife of "Johnny Appleseed" (perhaps you've heard of him) and we use that name along with other fake data in our demo vault. You're likely just starting to see this now after the v6.1 update for iOS in which we introduced the "All Vaults" feature. You can select which vaults to include/exclude in "All Vaults," and you can learn how to do that here:

You'll likely want to exclude the demo vault, as it only has "dummy" (fake) data in it.

I recommended 1password to a friend. Installed it for them and showed them how to use it. Didn't hear from them for a month. They then upgraded to iOS9 and now they tell me:

"today i ‘upgraded’ my iPhone settings. Now when I go into 1password I have got ALL of another persons details, ID everything, cc nos and all. Am concerned."
