Difficulty using 1Password for iOS [Changed password for website; cannot log in]

Reset my Sky password using 1password, logged out, tried to log back in, 1password cannot remember what it was.
cannot log back in.

Thanks for taking the time to write in about this difficulty. I'd be happy to help. Did you create a password for your Sky account using the 1Password Password Generator? If so you should be able to find a record of what was generated in Categories > Passwords.

read it. still cannot log in. 1password now has 5 different ones none are the right ones.

Good morning @Ciderfex. Thanks for taking the time to write in. You absolutely can get a refund, but if you'll bear with us I'd love to try and figure out where things went wrong and get you back on track.

You mentioned that you reset your Sky password using 1Password. Can you go into a little more detail about how you did this? One point of confusion that we've seen before is that people have changed their password for a website in 1Password and assumed that it changed that password with the website as well. Unfortunately this is not the case and 1Password doesn't have the ability to work this kind of magic just yet. Instead, to update your password for a particular website you need to login to the website using your old password, go to the account settings and choose to change your password there. You can then use 1Password's Strong Password Generator to create a new password for that site and, when prompted, update your login detail in 1Password.

Try and log into Sky using your original password and see if that works. If you don't know your original password we can certainly get that out of 1Password, too. It will be saved in the password history for your Sky login.
