Pleas help I've got a 4MB file in my iCloud but it doesn't sync.

We really need some basic information before we can help you. As this is a 1Password for iOS forum I assume your problem relates to sync of 1Password data: is that correct?

If so please tell us:

• What version of 1Password for iOS you are using
• Your iOS version number

4GB is an absolutely huge size for a 1Password vault. If that's really what it is, how many items do you have in it and what sort of attachments do you have included in the vault?

Edit: my apologies, I mis-read your post and thought the file size was GB. MB is fine and should sync so please supply the other information I requested.

Sorry I paniced a little. I'm running iOS 9.1 and app version 6.1. so all the latesed. I had 2 1pasword files in my iCloud and I delete 1. So I delete a file of a few kb and kept a file of 4 mb. But it was still working fine after that. After if reset my phone. I could't restore my backup. Kind of stupid that i din't make an other backup.

Hi @blabla ,

What was the name of the file you deleted on iCloud? Also, have you backed up your iPhone to a Mac or PC with iTunes?
