When I open app the screen that shows vault files isn't there. Isee split screen w/settings &vaults

The /the4 icons isn't there. When Igo to primary vault it shows 8 items but will not respond. How do Iget the original screen back?

    I'm not sure what's happening here, but when an app isn't working the way I expect, the first thing I do is restart my iPhone. Maybe give that a try :)
